Accessibility features and designated supports for STAAR are available for eligible ELs in grades
3–8 and high school, and Spanish versions of STAAR are available for eligible students in grades
3–5. LPACs must meet annually to make and document state assessment decisions for ELs on an
individual student basis. More information about the LPAC decision-making process is available
